- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 1/2 cups sparkling red wine
- 24 ounces sparkling orange water (such as: San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa (Blood Orange) Sparkling Water) or your favorite sparkling water drink.
- 4 ounces Chambord liquer
- 2 handfuls of your favorite summer berries
- Orange lime and lemon wedge and slices
- Ice
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon and spread on a small plate.
- In a large pitcher, combine red wine, orange beverage, and Chambord. Muddle berries in a separate bowl.
- Rub an orange wedge around rims of 8 of your favorite glasses, then dip glasses in cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
- Put a tablespoon of the muddled berries at the bottom of each glass. Fill with ice, add cocktail mixture, give each glass a good squeeze of lemon or lime juice and serve with orange, lemon and lime slices.
