Wash sweet potatoes
Place directly onto rack of oven, preheated to 350˚
Bake until you smell the delicious aroma of the potatoes, and fork penetrates flesh easily.
Add sweet potato flesh to food processor, discard skins
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor
Pulse until desired consistency is reached
Serve with dollop of plain yogurt and sprig of rosemary formakes (4, 1/2 cup servings)
