Instructions
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly.
Brush soy sauce onto the salmon cubes
Coat cubes thoroughly with the dry spice mix.
Let the salmon marinate with the rub for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld.
Preheat your broiler and arrange the salmon cubes on a sheet pan with foil.
Broil for about 8-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the exterior is slightly caramelized, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning.
Combine Mayonnaise and Sriracha to suit your taste.
Arrange salmon morsels on top of rice, and top with the Sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, and chopped scallions.
