Ingredients

diced strawberries

medjool dates
Juice of 2 lemons
2-3
sprigs of fresh mint
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients (excluding the mint) in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy, roughly 1-2 minutes.
Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve to filter out any large pieces. While this step is optional, it's advised for a silkier lemonade.
Transfer the mixture to a sealed container and including the mint sprigs. Close tightly and refrigerate for about an hour or until it's cold.
Serve over ice.
Notes
For a sweeter lemonade, increase the number of dates. Enjoy!
