Luscious Strawberry Lemonade Sweetened with Dates

There’s nothing that beats homemade lemonadeexcept adding strawberries to the mix! I’ve recreated a childhood favorite, added fresh strawberries and sweetened with juicy delicious dates to make this your new favorite drink.

 

Strawberry Lemonade

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Large pitcher

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients (excluding the mint) in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy, roughly 1-2 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve to filter out any large pieces. While this step is optional, it's advised for a silkier lemonade.
  • Transfer the mixture to a sealed container and including the mint sprigs. Close tightly and refrigerate for about an hour or until it's cold.
  • Serve over ice.

Notes

For a sweeter lemonade, increase the number of dates. Enjoy!
