  • Place the chopped strawberries in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Combine the strawberry puree, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds.
  • Insert Popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they are upright and secure.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully solidified.
  • Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds by briefly running them under warm water. This will help release the popsicles.
  • Enjoy your homemade strawberry yogurt popsicles immediately, or store them in a sealed container or plastic bag in the freezer for later.
