  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk. If you want a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness and spice level.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and copped pecans.
