For me Detoxing is when you stop taking unhealthy or harmful thoughts, activities, foods, drinks, or drugs into your body and mind for a period of time, in order to improve your wellness. It is a process of self-care, not self-deprivation, adding in nourishing materials and habits and thoughts.
Detox Your Life is a video series that breaks down powerful learning into 3 segments. This series is for everyone ~ whether you want to expand your knowledge, focus on a particular area of wellness, or elevate your quality of life.
