Good morning, beautiful people!!


Not everyone is meant to be the same size, weight or BMI for their “category”. We are all incredibly unique with different needs. I was not feeling comfortable in my COVID 7, so I set a goal of losing it and I achieved that goal and more, by eating healthy food like this, every day and every meal. No skipping meals, no cutting out of any food groups or types. By eating healthy, whole, foods you can attain your goals! 💪💥

This morning oatmeal has:

1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 banana (melted into the oats)
2 tsp coconut brown sugar (low glycemic)
1 Tbsp. half & half
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/4 apple chopped
1 strawberry
